The company has a program of continual investment in CNC machines and specialist facilities to provide the capability of manufacturing an extensive range of high-quality calibration blocks fully certified to the requirements of all relevant standards.
Through monitoring, measurement and traceability, we will seek to continually improve the Quality Management System.
The Quality Management System will be supported through continual staff training and awareness to ensure that our policies and objectives are maintained and relevant to our requirements.
Full in-house calibration for most instruments with on-site calibration. All equipment used for calibration work is calibrated with traceable standards.
Quality objectives will be set in line with the current plan and the requirements of the business. These objectives will be reviewed, and new targets set within the management of the business.
The company has developed several key pieces of equipment which are manufactured in house to NDT high standards.
